We are looking for a driven, creative, and proactive Digital Marketer who’s excited to build content that connects, grow an audience organically, and be part of a collaborative team that moves fast and executes well.


We’re in the financial services industry. Your focus is on brand building, storytelling, content performance, and running campaigns that bring visibility to the right audience.

In this role, you will be elevating our digital presence across social media and beyond, capturing real stories, producing high-quality content, and helping our brand stand out through consistent execution.


You won’t be doing it alone. You will be work closely with a Marketing Manager, collaborating on campaigns and projects that challenge norms and push boundaries.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms


  • Plan and execute video shoots (interviews, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, campaign stories) from concept to final edit


  • Stay on top of trending formats, hooks, sounds, and storytelling styles, and adapt them to fit our brand


  • Edit short-form videos with strong pacing and retention (CapCut / Premiere / Canva / any tool you’re comfortable with)


  • Support content ideation by building content pillars, moodboards, and creative directions that keep our brand consistent and aesthetic


  • Help drive awareness and engagement through creative campaigns and social-first strategies (not boring posting)


  • Work with the Marketing Manager and business owners to turn marketing goals into content that performs


  • Use AI tools and emerging tech to speed up content creation (scripts, captions, storyboards, subtitles, ideas, workflows)


  • Coordinate with internal teams and advisors to gather content needs, organize shoot schedules, and prioritize deliverables


  • Create content that supports lead generation and audience growth, and assist in verifying lead quality through simple follow-ups when needed


  • Plan and manage both online + offline brand visibility placements (e.g., lift lobbies, digital screens, community boards) where relevant


  • Track content performance (views, retention, saves, shares, CTR, leads), spot what’s working, and propose improvements weekly


  • Maintain content operations: campaign calendar, asset library, raw footage organisation, and team-wide marketing materials support


  • Bring real stories to life (facts), helping showcase our team culture, advisor journeys, and authentic “day-to-day” moments on screen



Requirements



  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field


  • Experience with content filming and editing is a strong plus


  • Comfortable handling cameras and setting up basic shoots


  • Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube


  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics


  • Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented


  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple content requests


  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in storytelling and social-first content


✨ Bonus If You Have



  • Photography skills


  • Comfortable being on camera for casual / behind-the-scenes content


  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.)
