About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent eCommerce Operations Assistant to support our online order fulfillment. You will be the bridge between our warehouse, retail stores, and online orders, ensuring every order is processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process online orders accurately and efficiently on a daily basis
Coordinate with retail staff to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment
Liaise with warehouse team for dispatch and inventory updates
Monitor order timelines and follow up to prevent delays
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and fulfillment status
Communicate proactively with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
Support ad hoc operational tasks related to eCommerce and retail integration
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce operations, retail operations, or admin-intensive roles
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
Able to work independently and take initiative
Good communication skills to liaise with retail, warehouse, and other stakeholders
Highly organized and able to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in order management systems
Familiarity with basic inventory management
