Description

We are hiring a Manager – Mobile Acquisition & Growth to drive subscriber growth by building and scaling new acquisition channels for the mobile business.


This role focuses on developing online and offline partner channels, including affiliate partnerships and collaborations across industries such as Telco, E-commerce, Finance, and Insurance. You will be responsible for launching and growing new channels from scratch, improving channel performance, and expanding customer reach.


This role will start as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build a team as the function grows.


The Job


You will be responsible for:




  • Building and scaling new acquisition channels (online and offline) by identifying partnership opportunities, launching new initiatives, and expanding customer reach.


  • Developing and managing affiliate and strategic partner relationships across industries such as Telco, E-commerce, Finance, and Insurance to drive subscriber growth.


  • Expanding and optimising existing channels through targeted campaigns, promotions, and improved partner engagement to increase conversions and channel contribution.


  • Designing partner commission and incentive structures while monitoring performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, and subscriber acquisition to ensure efficient growth.


  • Collaborating closely with product marketing, marketing, sales, and commercial teams to align acquisition strategies, campaigns, and channel performance initiatives.



Ideal Candidate



  • You have 4-8  years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital acquisition, growth marketing, or partner sales

  • You have experience building affiliate or partnership-driven acquisition channels

  • You understand performance marketing, digital acquisition funnels, and growth metrics

  • You have a hunter mindset and are comfortable building new channels from the ground up

  • You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work in lean teams

  • Experience in Telecommunications, Digital Services, E-commerce, or FinTech is preferred
