Operations Manager (Signage & Digital Transformation)

Job Summary

Art Sign International Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic, tech-forward Operations Manager to lead our retail and production business. Beyond traditional shop management, you will be the key driver in modernizing our operations, including the development of an AI-powered WhatsApp quoting engine.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations, manage sales targets, and oversee staff performance at the Bras Basah outlet to drive business growth.


• Negotiate and coordinate with local and overseas printers, material vendors, and production partners to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products.


• Define project requirements and logic as the lead liaison with IT developers to develop and implement a WhatsApp Chatbot powered by an AI Quote Engine.


• Streamline and optimize the workflow from customer enquiry through digital design to final production to enhance operational efficiency.


• Troubleshoot and resolve physical production challenges and digital software issues to maintain smooth operations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin to negotiate with Mandarin-speaking vendors and translate technical quoting logic into the AI engine.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the signage, printing, or retail production industry.


• Strong understanding of digital workflows and experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or collaborating with software developers.


• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
