We started in 2010 as an OEM manufacturer for European brands, and today we are building Hera into a lifestyle brand focused on modular systems, waterproof cabinetry, and thoughtful design for small spaces.


As we grow, we are looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and control to our daily operations.


🎯 Role Overview

This role is the backbone of the company.


You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all daily operations — from order processing to delivery scheduling and installation coordination — ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for every customer.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Operations & Delivery Planning

  • Plan and schedule all deliveries


  • Coordinate with external logistics partner


  • Optimise delivery routes and trip allocation


  • Ensure heavy items (bathtubs, WCs) are properly planned and grouped



2️⃣ Order Management

  • Review and process confirmed sales orders


  • Ensure product availability with warehouse team


  • Assign delivery dates based on operational capacity


  • Maintain clear and updated order tracking system



3️⃣ Warehouse Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse team on picking & packing schedule


  • Ensure orders are prepared ahead of delivery days


  • Minimise errors, missing items, and last-minute issues



4️⃣ Installation Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate installation works (vanity, WC, mirrors, etc.)


  • Align installation timing with delivery schedule


  • Liaise with installers and ensure job completion



5️⃣ Customer Experience Support

  • Work with Customer Service to confirm delivery timelines


  • Ensure realistic and achievable scheduling (no overpromising)


  • Step in to resolve operational issues when needed



6️⃣ Process Improvement

  • Build and improve SOPs for operations and logistics


  • Implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce errors


  • Track key operational metrics (on-time delivery, errors, delays)



👤 Who We Are Looking For

You are:



  • Highly organised and detail-oriented


  • Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple moving parts


  • Proactive and solutions-driven (you fix problems before they happen)


  • Comfortable coordinating with different teams and vendors


  • Experienced in logistics, operations, or supply chain



Bonus if you:



  • Have experience in home furnishing / renovation / e-commerce logistics


  • Are familiar with route planning or delivery coordination


  • Enjoy building systems and improving workflows

💰 Salary Range

SGD 2,500 – 5,500 (depending on experience)
