Description
Product Marketing & Communications
• Lead product marketing initiatives for Bitdeer’s AI, including positioning, messaging, and content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral such as product decks, blogs, press releases, and partner announcements.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and ecosystem campaigns.
• Assist in measuring and reporting the impact of marketing initiatives and product campaigns.
Event & Community Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute key industry events, workshops, hackathons, and conferences in target regions.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: pre-event planning, on-site execution, post-event reporting, and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation and messaging across all event touchpoints.
Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with strategic partners to co-create events and joint initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support creation of event-related digital content in collaboration with design and communications teams.
Planning & Reporting
• Maintain an annual event calendar and marketing roadmap.
• Prepare professional briefs, reports, and presentations for internal leadership and external partners.
• Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
How you will stand out:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or corporate communications, ideally in B2B technology, fintech, or AI sectors.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating product marketing content and supporting product launches.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Professional presence and confidence in representing the brand at events.
• Creative problem-solver who can adapt to last-minute changes.
• Willingness to travel regionally for events.
Preferred
• Exposure to digital assets, fintech, or AI product ecosystems.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing workflows, social media campaigns, and media engagement.
