We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Email & Onsite to join our North American Marketing team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.


Your responsibilities are listed below:  


CRM & Email Marketing




  • Lead and own email marketing calendar planning and content strategy 


  • Craft, set up, manage and optimize newsletters, automated flows and CRM campaigns 


  • Audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing (e.g. re-engagement, win-back, cart abandonment flows) 


  • Enhance customer trust through reviews and user-generated content 


  • Support North America-based marketing campaigns and onsite initiatives 


Onsite




  • Own onsite merchandising and personalisation strategy, including setups and optimisations 


  • Conduct A/B tests to provide best onsite experience and customer journeys for our customers 


  • Leverage on touchpoints and messaging to drive online conversion rates 


Achieve Measurable Business Impact




  • Deep dive into CRM & Onsite engagement and conversion metrics to identify opportunities and next steps for optimisations to drive growth 


  • Align business objectives to scopes and identify levers to drive revenue growth 


  • Identify segments within the subscriber base for opportunities in personalization and to have a customer-centric approach 


  • Identify opportunities and gaps onsite to improve customer journeys to drive conversion rates online 


What you need to succeed:



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and onsite. Experience in US market is a plus 


  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 


  • Familiarity with tools eg. Klaviyo, Dynamic Yield 


  • Experience in A/B testing 


  • Skilled in managing tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, and balancing immediate goals with long-term strategies 


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 


  • Ability to cross-collaborate effectively and efficiently, while keeping an open-mind 


  • Self-starter, initiative-driven and is a forward thinker
