Description
Scope of Work
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and send quotations, and follow up consistently to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Manage and update accurate client and sales records using CRM or relevant tools
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Lead and coordinate tender bid submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
- Actively meet and engage with prospective and existing clients to explore and convert sales opportunities
- Manage the company's e-commerce platforms to support online sales performance
- Oversee social media channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
