Scope of Work



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to drive revenue growth

  • Prepare and send quotations, and follow up consistently to close deals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships

  • Manage and update accurate client and sales records using CRM or relevant tools

  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

  • Lead and coordinate tender bid submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines

  • Actively meet and engage with prospective and existing clients to explore and convert sales opportunities

  • Manage the company's e-commerce platforms to support online sales performance

  • Oversee social media channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
