Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Content Creation
Plan, execute, and optimise monthly marketing campaigns (festive, promo, product‑focused).
Create clear, premium, and engaging copy for social media, WhatsApp, EDMs, banners, and showroom materials.
Craft product‑centric content that showcases features, benefits, comparisons, and guides customer understanding.
Support brand ambassador content with captions, scripts, and visuals.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Produce short‑form videos, reels, and product demos.
Track performance metrics and optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Coordinate paid ads (FB/IG/Google) with agencies or internal teams.
3. Branding & Communication
Maintain a consistent brand tone that is premium, modern, trustworthy, and homeowner‑friendly.
Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and visual identity.
Support showroom communication: posters, standees, price cards, and in‑store messaging.
4. Marketing Operations
Coordinate photoshoots, videography, and creative production.
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
Liaise with partners, influencers, and media when needed.
Assist in roadshows, events, and product launches.
5. Sales Support
Create sales kits, brochures, WhatsApp templates, and product comparison sheets.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer pain points and refine messaging.
Support promotional activities to drive store traffic and online enquiries.
