We are a dynamic wellness company in the health supplements and daily essentials space. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Key Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage assigned key accounts and grow sales revenue
Plan and execute promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
Supervise promoters and field merchandisers to achieve KPIs
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Ensure stock availability and smooth operational execution
Support e-commerce and digital sales initiatives
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant FMCG or sales experience
Experience managing field teams preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Able to work independently and meet targets
Experience with modern trade or e-commerce is an advantage
