Description

We are a dynamic wellness company in the health supplements and daily essentials space. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Key Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned key accounts and grow sales revenue

  • Plan and execute promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns

  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders

  • Supervise promoters and field merchandisers to achieve KPIs

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

  • Ensure stock availability and smooth operational execution

  • Support e-commerce and digital sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant FMCG or sales experience

  • Experience managing field teams preferred

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and meet targets

  • Experience with modern trade or e-commerce is an advantage
