Job Description:
Develop, execute, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies to promote Chinese language learning resources across local and international markets.
Manage and optimize digital touchpoints, including websites, social media channels, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure consistent brand presence and performance.
Drive brand awareness, qualified traffic acquisition, and sustained customer engagement through data-driven online initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret website and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights.
Continuously optimize digital campaigns, funnels, and media spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and marketing efficiency.
Enhance user experience (UX) and conversion performance across online platforms through testing, optimization, and user behavior analysis.
Stay abreast of evolving e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies, translating insights into scalable business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or performance marketing, with a demonstrated track record of results.
Strong understanding of end-to-end online marketing strategies, including traffic acquisition, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with mainstream digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify or equivalent tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Familiarity with the Chinese language learning ecosystem or education-related content.
