<h2>Job Responsibilities</h2><p><strong>Main Role:</strong></p><p>• Handle incoming enquiries from email, whatsapp, live chat.</p><p>• Coordinate e-shop customer registration, order processing, e-marketplace coordination (Shopee, Eezee, etc)</p><p>• Reporting and documentation for e-shop & leads</p><p>• Coordinate with local supplier & internal procurement team to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery.</p><p>• Coordinate with Warehouse local team to arrange local collection or delivery & with shipping department for overseas shipping arrangement.</p><p>• Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, Proforma invoices, etc.</p><p>• Follow-up quotations & orders</p><p></p><p><strong>Secondary role :</strong></p><p>• Onboarding customers to new digital commerce platform</p><p>• Support project:</p><p>* Creating clear and well-written user requirements in English</p><p>* Create user story</p><p>* System Testing</p><p></p><h2><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></h2><p>• At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent</p><p>• At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales experience in handling overseas customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone</p><p>• Pleasant personality and Customer Service oriented</p><p>• Able to work independently as well as in a team</p><p>• Good communication skills</p><p>• Willingness to learn</p><p>• Proficient in MS Excel (MS Powerpoint a plus)</p><p>• Good to have: Tech-savvy (Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the digital commerce industry)</p>
