Description
Manage all clients' requests and enquiries across all touch points in a timely manner.
Professionally resolve the client's feedback and complaints.
Document the clients' interactions within the internal database in accordance with the established policies and procedure.
Coordinate with the Account Management team, Operations team, and the clients
Provide e-Commerce operations support for product returns, credits, tracking and reverse logistics.
Communicate with warehouse to handle inbound shipments.
Ensure the correct update of inventories in the system.
Participate in ad hoc projects when required.
