Description

  • Manage all clients' requests and enquiries across all touch points in a timely manner.

  • Professionally resolve the client's feedback and complaints.

  • Document the clients' interactions within the internal database in accordance with the established policies and procedure.

  • Coordinate with the Account Management team, Operations team, and the clients

  • Provide e-Commerce operations support for product returns, credits, tracking and reverse logistics.

  • Communicate with warehouse to handle inbound shipments.

  • Ensure the correct update of inventories in the system.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required.
