Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across CRM channels to effectively reach target audiences

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of membership campaigns and automations to drive member loyalty and achieve CRM targets

  • Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to enhance CRM platform capabilities and develop customer communications across email and SMS

  • Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end execution, including requirements gathering, data extraction, campaign deployment, and performance reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance; test different versions of emails and messages to improve effectiveness

  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve membership-related feedback and complaints

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, marketing with a industry background of FMCG & retail is preferred

  • Hands-on experience in executing CRM campaigns across channels

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Keen interest in loyalty programmes and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Experience with email marketing tools

  • Detail-oriented, independent, organised, data-driven and results-focused

  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
