Description
Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across CRM channels to effectively reach target audiences
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of membership campaigns and automations to drive member loyalty and achieve CRM targets
Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to enhance CRM platform capabilities and develop customer communications across email and SMS
Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end execution, including requirements gathering, data extraction, campaign deployment, and performance reporting
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance; test different versions of emails and messages to improve effectiveness
Work with internal teams to address and resolve membership-related feedback and complaints
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, marketing with a industry background of FMCG & retail is preferred
Hands-on experience in executing CRM campaigns across channels
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Keen interest in loyalty programmes and customer lifecycle marketing
Experience with email marketing tools
Detail-oriented, independent, organised, data-driven and results-focused
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
