Description
We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Marketing Executive with experience in the FMCG sector to drive brand growth, new product development including market research, launch and execute high-impact campaigns. This role focuses on both consumer marketing ensuring strong brand presence across retail and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive product awareness and sales growth
Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns across ATL (Above-the-Line) and digital channels
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Work closely with sales team to ensure strong in-store visibility and execution
Monitor competitors’ activity, pricing and market trends within the FMCG landscape
Analyse sales data and campaign performance
Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
Support inventory planning and demand forecasting in collaboration with supply chain and sales team
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management
Strong understanding of retail dynamics, distribution channels and shoppers’ behaviour
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with syndicated data tools
Knowledge of category management principles
Experience managing product portfolios
Basic project management and budgeting skills
Work Environment
Fast-paced, results-driven FMCG environment
Regular interaction with sales, supply chain and retail partners
May involve store visits, fieldwork, and occasional travel
