Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks, including creating quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Shopify, including content preparation and uploads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
- Arrange shipments and deliveries by communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
- Answer all incoming calls
- Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in coordination
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Preferably with SME working experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude
Other details:
- 5-day work week
- Working hours from 8.45am – 6.15pm
- Near to Sembawang MRT
