Description

Responsibilities:



  • Handle administrative tasks, including creating quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Shopify, including content preparation and uploads.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.

  • Arrange shipments and deliveries by communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier services.

  • Answer all incoming calls

  • Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in coordination

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • Preferably with SME working experience

  • Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude


Other details:



  • 5-day work week

  • Working hours from 8.45am – 6.15pm

  • Near to Sembawang MRT
