Description

Customer Service Executive Cum Admin

  • Up till $2800 basic + Variable bonus + AWS

  • Kampong Ampat, Singapore 368324

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries. handle inbound calls and emails professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination and Administrative Duties: Collaborate with warehouse staff, follow management directives, and perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Supporting Retail Stores: coordinating with retail team to support with order processing, allocating free gift and marketing materials

  • Customer Order Processing: Process and follow up on customer orders, including quotations, pricing, availability, and shipment confirmations.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

  • 1 year of customer service experience in E-commerce

  • Strong passion for customer service with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
