Customer Service Executive Cum Admin
Up till $2800 basic + Variable bonus + AWS
Kampong Ampat, Singapore 368324
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support and Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries. handle inbound calls and emails professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordination and Administrative Duties: Collaborate with warehouse staff, follow management directives, and perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Supporting Retail Stores: coordinating with retail team to support with order processing, allocating free gift and marketing materials
Customer Order Processing: Process and follow up on customer orders, including quotations, pricing, availability, and shipment confirmations.
Reputation Management: Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
1 year of customer service experience in E-commerce
Strong passion for customer service with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
