Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website content, performance, and updates while collaborating with stakeholders and agencies. Supports analytics-driven improvements, SEO implementation, and quality assurance to ensure an effective and user-friendly web experience.
Responsibilities
Manage website content updates with stakeholders, ensuring clear messaging and user experience
Coordinate with web agencies for updates, feature implementation, and issue resolution
Support website maintenance, testing, and performance optimization
Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools
Generate performance reports and support data-driven improvements
Assist with UAT and ensure consistency across devices and browsers
Support UX improvements through testing and feedback
Implement SEO best practices in collaboration with vendors
Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve web issues
Requirements
3–5 years of practical experience in web content management (CMS), analytics platforms, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical ability to interpret and derive insights from website performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Good understanding of web technologies, SEO best practices, and user experience fundamentals
