Overview
This role supports the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and governance of the regional corporate website and internet‑related digital platforms.
Reporting to a manager, the executive will serve as a key coordination point between internal stakeholders, regional teams, IT, and external agencies to ensure that all website updates and digital requests are properly assessed, aligned with corporate policies, and executed accurately and in a timely manner.
The role requires strong stakeholder communication skills, a working understanding of website and CMS operations, and attention to detail in managing requests, enforcing governance standards, and maintaining overall website health and stability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
Act as the main point of contact for website-related requests from local and regional stakeholders
Review and assess incoming requests, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, policies, and governance standards before execution
Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on feasibility, scope, and best practices
Coordinate with agencies/vendors to ensure accurate implementation of approved requests
2. Content & Website Operations Support
Support content governance across regional websites and digital platforms.
Coordinate and track website updates with agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery Perform CMS updates, basic testing, and validation where required.
Maintain access permissions and user accounts in accordance with internal controls
3. System & Platform Operations Assistance
Coordinate with agencies and IT on system maintenance, releases, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
Monitor website performance and flag issues proactively
Assist in managing digital platform accounts (e.g., GTM, GSC, analytics tools).
Ensure proper organisation and usage of digital assets
4. Digital Operations & Continuous Improvement
Conduct routine checks to ensure website functionality, accuracy, and content quality
Identify inconsistencies or issues across corporate websites and follow up for resolution
Support analytics review and highlight insights for optimisation opportunities Maintain and update digital SOPs and guidelines and governance guidelines
Support training sessions for internal teams on CMS and digital tools.
5. Security & Compliance Coordination
Maintain digital asset inventory and assist in security documentation.
Support security-related processes including vulnerability tracking and remediation coordination.
Ensure compliance with internal policies (e.g., ISMS, PDPA) for all website-related activities
6. Administration & Project Support
Support vendor management processes (onboarding, quotations, PR/PO, invoicing) Help track budgets, contract timelines, and vendor deliverables.
Support documentation for internal and external audits.
Assist in project coordination across development, UAT, and rollout stages
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Basic understanding of web systems, CMS platforms, and digital operations.
Ability to evaluate requests and apply governance/policy frameworks
Familiarity with digital analytics tools (GTM, GSC, GA4) is a plus.
Awareness of cybersecurity, PDPA, and digital governance concepts.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-through skills
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams

Degree or diploma in computer science, digital marketing, IT or or related fields
