Warehouse Packer / Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Packer / Warehouse Assistant to support our growing E-Commerce operations. This role involves handling daily packing and fulfillment operations, as well as managing incoming shipments and inventory organization.

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations for marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.

Job Responsibilities

Packing & Fulfillment

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Perform quality checks before packing and shipment

• Print and paste shipping labels for courier collection

• Prepare orders for daily courier pickup

• Follow packing SOPs to minimize packing errors and damages

Incoming Shipment & Inventory

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from suppliers

• Check incoming stock quantity and condition against delivery orders

• Sort, label, and organize products into warehouse shelves/racks

• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory organization

• Conduct stock counting and inventory checks when required

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items

General Warehouse Operations

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Assist with general warehouse duties and operational support

• Ensure proper handling and storage of products

Requirements

• No experience required — training will be provided

• Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and stock movement

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics operations

• Experience with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or E-Commerce fulfillment

• Basic inventory management knowledge

• Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse systems

Working Hours

• 5.5 days work week
