Job Summary

This is a hands-on, multi-hat role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment. The bulk of your time (around 80%) will be in the warehouse — fulfilling orders, managing stock, and making deliveries. The rest (around 20%) is client-facing: looking after our existing B2B and retail accounts, keeping relationships warm and reorders flowing.

You won't be expected to hunt for new customers — that's the GM's domain. What we need is someone who can be a consistent, reliable point of contact for the clients we already have.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations (Primary)

• Pick, pack, label, and dispatch e-commerce orders daily across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

• Prepare outbound stock for B2B trade orders and support last-mile delivery by van.

• Drive the company van for deliveries, outlet restocking, and supplier pickups.

• Help set up and pack down at sales events and trade activations.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and accurately stocked.

Account Servicing (Secondary)

• Be the friendly, reliable go-to for our existing B2B and retail clients.

• Check in regularly to capture reorders and keep relationships strong.

• Handle day-to-day queries on stock, delivery timelines, and products.

• Keep account records and reorder histories up to date.

• Flag upsell opportunities or client issues to the GM when relevant.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Approx. 40 hours per week

• Flexibility will be required during peak periods (e.g. sales events, festive seasons)

• Occasional morning/evening hours required for setup/tear down.

Job Requirements

• Must possess the right to work in Singapore.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (manual or auto)

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and handling physical stock

• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop or Shopify platforms is a plus

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
