We’re looking for a highly responsible, hands‑on Operations Manager to run the daily engine of our plant and pots e‑commerce business. This role oversees our warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and escalated customer cases — ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting overall sales growth.

• Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations


• Oversee picking, packing, quality checks, and dispatch,


• Plan daily logistics runs and ensure timely deliveries


• Step in on ground when required (peak periods, complex orders)


• Maintain high QC standards for plants, pots, and fragile items

• Maintain accurate stock levels across all channels


• Forecast demand and plan replenishment


• Coordinate ordering of goods from suppliers and nurseries


• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our online stores
  
  
  • Oversee seamless end-to-end order fulfillment
  
  
  • Monitor order flow, exceptions, and operational KPIs
  
  
  • Handle escalated CS cases professionally and decisively
  
  
  • Ensure operational processes meet customer expectations
  
  
  
  Sales Support & Digital Merchandising
  
  
  
  
  • Push for sales through proper inventory readiness and listing accuracy
  
  
  • Ensure products have correct descriptions, photos, and availability
  
  
  • Coordinate promotions and campaigns with the marketing team
  
  
  • Implement merchandising strategies to boost conversion
  
  
  
  Customer Experience
  
  
  
  
  • Oversee CS to ensure fast, helpful, and empathetic communication
  
  
  • Resolve escalations and service recovery cases
  
  
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction standard
  
  
  
  (Bonus) Content & Social Media
  
  
  
  
  • Support basic content tasks if needed (simple product posts, updates)
  
  
  • Assist with showcasing new arrivals, styling, or warehouse activities
  
  
  
  What We’re Looking For
  
  
  
  
  • Strong experience in operations, warehouse, e-commerce, or fulfillment
    
  
  
  • Proven ability to take ownership and run operations independently
  
  
  • Hands‑on, organised, and capable of managing moving parts daily
  
  
  • Good problem‑solving skills and ability to handle escalations
  
  
  • Experience with Shopify or multi‑channel e‑commerce tools (preferred)
  
  
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset
  
  
  • Comfortable in a warehouse environment around plants & pots
