Warehouse Assistant (Inventory & Operations)

【Job description】

• Handling e-commerce platform backend

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods

• Arrange, store, and organise inventory neatly and systematically

• Update stock movement in inventory system / Excel (in & out)

• Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse

• Coordinate with admin, logistics, and sales teams when needed

• Handle ad-hoc warehouse tasks assigned by management
  
  【Requirements】

• Speak Chinese reqired

• Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory system)

• Able to work independently and follow SOPs

• Forklift licence is an advantage (not compulsory)
