What will you be doing?
- Drive scale-up of your elements in the product portfolio, ensuring reliability and performance
- Drive genAI innovation inside the product set
- Own product metrics tied to commercial outcomes (e.g. customer growth, adoption, usage)
- Align product roadmap with GTM, sales, and customer success efforts
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams
- Strengthen product ops: agile processes, performance targets and management, documentation, and team capability building
- Incorporate customer and market feedback into product decisions
- Oversee platform governance (e.g. data quality, responsible AI, model explainability)
- Provide strategic input and updates to CPO and senior leadership
- Collaborate with the other senior product leaders to build a winning product set and product management team operations
Who are you?
- Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably in e-Commerce
- Proficient understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and project execution
- Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support critical thinking and decision-making
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning concepts Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in graphic design and content management
- Ability to think creatively and execute innovative solutions beyond conventional approaches
