Description
Execute visual merchandising guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and brand standards across all stores.
Create impactful, brand-aligned, and commercially driven displays.
Optimize product placement, storytelling, and category zoning to maximize sales and conversion.
Adapt VM strategies to travel retail dynamics, shopper behavior, traffic flow, and space constraints.
Support store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, and special activations.
Deliver effective VM execution for launches, promotions, and peak travel periods.
Balance global brand standards with local commercial objectives and operational realities.
Collect store feedback and customer insights to continuously improve VM and layouts.
Track and support performance of VM initiatives and campaigns.
Maintain high VM standards through regular store visits and proactive updates.
Training & Collaboration
Provide VM training, coaching, and guidance to VM Ambassadors and store teams.
Partner closely with Store Operations, Commercial, Buying, and Graphic Design to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for installations and rollouts.
Ensure alignment between VM concepts and graphic execution.
Store Maintenance & Standards
Conduct regular store audits; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
Address damaged fixtures, outdated visuals, and non-compliant displays in a timely manner.
Manage maintenance checklists, reporting, and follow-ups.
Coordinate repairs and replacements with internal teams and external vendors.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance store presentation, durability, and operational efficiency.
