Promotions & Visual Merchandising

• Plan and execute in-store promotional displays and poster changeovers

• Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with ongoing campaigns and themes

• Monitor and maintain POP signage and POS materials across the store

• Propose creative ideas to enhance store image and customer experience

Events Management

• Coordinate and execute promotional events such as roadshows, lucky draws, and meet-and-greet sessions

• Ensure smooth setup, operations, and teardown of all events

• Manage event logistics including display setup, video uploads, and redemption counters

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Source and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and partners

• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality execution

Operations & Administration

• Apply for necessary permits and licenses with relevant authorities

• Ensure safety and informational signage are accurate and up to date

• Conduct regular checks on event and promotional spaces

• Process vendor payments promptly and monitor expenses

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Events, Retail Management, or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail, events, or promotions preferred

• Creative with a good eye for design and presentation

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
