Description
Sales Activities Support
- Perform quantitative and qualitative ETF analytics on the global ETF universe to select the best-in-class ETFs for client according to specific client requirements and conditions
- Conduct competitor analysis and client mapping reports by extracting sales intelligence from public available sources for facilitation of sales activities and formulation of sales strategy
- Support Head of ETF to drafting response for client enquiries and meeting follow ups
- Maintenance of Sales database, including input of sales contact and meeting notes, to ensure records are up to date and management can monitor the activities of the team on a timely manner
Capital Markets
- Monitor on-screen trading of Amundi ETFs and requests from market makers or clients to ensure client request are addressed on a timely manner and execution of Amundi ETF trade can be conducted on the most competitive manner according to client request
- Direct enquiries to related internal parties on a timely manner
Infrastructure Enhancement
- Build macros or excel templates to cope with evolving business needs in terms of performance monitoring, customized marketing reports and analytics
Collateral Maintenance
- Update and create the marketing materials on regular basis to make sure our most up to date marketing message are communicated effectively and accurately to the target audience
