Vendor Management Specialist [up to $4,000 + AWS | Central]

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping operations, monitor performance, resolve delays, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized shipping, claims, and billing documentation.
• Ensure claims are resolved within agreed timelines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Proactively resolve issues with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with vendors and operating partners.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure decisions are implemented and problems are resolved.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and complete assigned initiatives as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain
• At least 1 year of relevant experience 
• Knowledge of Infor Nexus desirable
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to details
• Ability to work on multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good team player
