Van Salesman Cum Driver (Class 3 Driving License)

Handling outdoor van sales. Must 2 years of working experiences in gadgets and portable CE devices.

Preparing and ready daily outdoor activities inline to sales projection from existing and new customer base, perform co-ordination to ensure all orders reach customers on time.

Maintaining basic account records, van sales inventory reports and stock up-to-dates.

Assisting in account receivable, prepare of Statement of Account to debtors based on sales agreement.

Assistant to manage contact with e-commerce person in charge and updates includes smooth operation of platforms, order processing and printout shipping sheet in lieu, customer enquirers follow up.

Assistant in Co-ordinating logistics, delivery schedules, shipment/parcels pickup and updates of platforms to both online and offline orders.

Assistant in liaising with customers, after sales services both online and offline follow up, delivery parties co-ordination, ensure timing arrival of parcels/goods to buyers.

Managing emails correspondence pertaining to customers, general emails to ensure sender receive timing response from our company home email account.

Assistant in coordinating external logistics arrangements, delivery schedules incoming goods, shipment tracking and liaising with courier or destinated freight company.

Any other duties as assigned by Managing director/Sales Director.
