About the role

We are seeking a talented User Growth specialist to join our management in a full-time capacity, based in our Raffles Place Central Region office. This is a strategic role within our Marketing & Communications division, where you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our platforms. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing growth strategies that directly impact our business objectives and market presence. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact on company expansion whilst working with innovative marketing communication tools and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive user growth strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities

  2. Identify, test, and optimise acquisition channels to drive user sign-ups and growth targets

  3. Analyse user behaviour data and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and marketing to enhance user experience and drive engagement

  5. Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on user acquisition and retention

  6. Monitor, measure, and report on key growth metrics and KPIs to stakeholders

  7. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimise growth initiatives and conversion rates

  8. Develop and maintain growth dashboards and analytical frameworks for ongoing performance tracking

  9. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand user base

  10. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive sustainable long-term user growth


What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of 3-5+ years in user growth, growth marketing, or similar roles within a fast-paced environment

  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL)

  3. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to optimise conversion rates

  4. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, user acquisition strategies, and marketing funnel optimisation

  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive measurable results

  6. Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

  8. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and marketing technology stack

  9. Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

  10. Experience with product-led growth, viral loops, or referral programmes is advantageous

  11. Familiarity with the SaaS or tech industry is highly desirable
