User Acquisition Lead
Objective
Drive user acquisition and market growth for Lobah Play across Southeast Asia. Own performance marketing, localization strategy, and payment infrastructure expansion to enable scalable user growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute user acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other regional ad platforms.
· Localize campaign strategies and creatives based on country-specific insights and user behavior.
· Lead A/B testing, creative iterations, and funnel optimizations to reduce CAC and increase ROI.
· Work with product and data teams to align user acquisition with onboarding and retention flows.
· Identify, negotiate, and onboard local Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to improve payment success rates.
· Oversee integration with PSPs and coordinate across product, engineering, and legal teams.
· Analyze and report campaign and payment performance across markets; iterate based on KPIs.

Ideal Candidate
· 5+ years in mobile growth marketing or performance user acquisition, preferably in gaming or social apps.
· Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and mobile user behavior.
· Proven experience working with PSPs and local payment integrations (e.g., e-wallets, QR, local bank transfers).
· Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-velocity, remote-first team.
· Familiar with App Store Optimization (ASO) and basic SEO strategies to improve organic discoverability.
