🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Campaigns & Branding

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Ensure all campaigns align with PlayMade’s brand objectives and growth plans

Systems & Operations

• Manage in-store POS and kiosk systems (product listings, visuals, updates)

• Support smooth day-to-day marketing and retail operations

Analytics & Insights

• Track campaign performance, analyse results, and turn data into action

• Continuously optimise strategies to drive growth

Social Media & Community

• Create, manage, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Facebook

• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries promptly (yes, even on weekends—we value our fans ❤️)

Brand Expansion

• Support regional expansion initiatives

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on new market launches

Trends & Innovation

• Monitor competitor and industry trends

• Recommend fresh ideas to boost engagement and brand relevance

Promotions & Production

• Coordinate promotions, creative production, influencers, paid ads, CRM, in-app messaging, and offline collaterals

Admin & Events

• Support marketing admin, event execution, and ad-hoc projects

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaigns or marketing operations

• Comfortable with POS systems, website updates and operational processes

• Social-media savvy with hands-on experience in digital engagement & ads

• Bonus skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing tools

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Passion for F&B, beverages and bubble tea culture

• Fast learner, positive attitude, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
