Salary: Up to $7000

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital service UI and UX design

• Designs and optimizes user interfaces and user experiences

• Serve as Webmaster, ensuring website availability, performance, and content accuracy

• Support organisational projects with digital and web expertise

• Monitor and analyse website performance and recommend improvements

• Ensure digital initiatives align with business objectives and user needs

• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and content governance

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in a related field

• Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset

• Strong critical thinking and understanding of the digital customer lifecycle

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of CMS development and maintenance

• Experience in web content strategy

• Working knowledge of SEO and web analytics
