Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and continuously optimize user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) across the organization's digital services.

• Map and deeply understand the digital customer lifecycle to create intuitive, user-centric web environments.

• Serve as the primary webmaster, monitoring and ensuring optimal website performance and uptime.

• Provide expert digital support and troubleshooting for various company-wide projects and digital initiatives.

• Ensure all web initiatives and digital rollouts are strictly aligned with overarching company goals.

• Drive web content strategy to maximize engagement and digital reach.

• Utilize SEO best practices and web analytics to track, measure, and improve digital performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web content strategy, UI/UX design principles, and website performance management.

• Solid working knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) development and maintenance.

• Strong proficiency in SEO principles and web analytics tools.

• A creative, proactive, and highly resourceful mindset with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities with a firm grasp of the digital customer lifecycle.

Working Schedule & Location:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement \

• Location: Jurong East

• Attire: Smart Casual / Formal
