Role Overview
This role supports the design and management of digital platforms, focusing on UI/UX design, website performance, and digital service enhancement to improve user experience and engagement.

Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities
Design and optimize user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for digital services
Manage and maintain websites to ensure performance, functionality, and user engagement
Serve as webmaster and support website content updates and enhancements
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on analytics
Support digital projects with technical and UX/UI expertise
Ensure digital initiatives align with organizational goals and customer experience strategy
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Digital Technology or any related disciplines
Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
Strong critical thinking and understanding of digital customer journey
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of CMS development and maintenance
Experience in web content strategy
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics
