Samsung Merchandiser (1-Year Contract)

Join Samsung and play a key role in driving retail excellence, sales performance, and brand execution across assigned retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sell-out performance by monitoring store sales, KPIs, and retail activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards, planogram compliance, and strong brand visibility.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and prepare timely reports.
• Maintain retail data, asset tracking, store listings, and operational documentation.
• Ensure POSM deployment, display upkeep, and proper maintenance of in-store devices.
• Coach and support promoters on product knowledge, promotions, customer engagement, and SOP compliance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement plans where required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on events, retail initiatives, reporting, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in retail operations, merchandising, field force, or sales management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel between retail outlets.

Salary: $3,200 ~ $3,800 (commensurate with experience)
Contract: 1-Year Renewable
