Treasury Specialist (E-commerce / Marketplace)

This role sits within the regional treasury team and focuses on cash operations, payment execution, liquidity planning, and banking coordination in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations, ensuring timely payments to customers, merchants, and suppliers across multiple markets

• Execute international and domestic wire transfers, including multi-currency settlements

• Support cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and daily cash positioning

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting and closing activities

• Manage banking relationships and administration, including account openings, mandates, and onboarding of new financial products

• Partner with internal teams (Finance, Payments, Operations, Compliance) to improve treasury processes, controls, and automation

• Assist in implementing best practices across treasury operations in a rapidly scaling environment

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields

2. 3–8 years of experience in:

   • Corporate treasury

   • Cash management

   • Payments operations

   • Financial institutions supporting corporate clients

3. Hands-on experience with high-volume transactions and multi-currency environments

4. Strong Excel and data handling skills

5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions

6. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business
