Job Scope:
Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt response to any issues
Report cargo damage, delivery discrepancies, and accidents promptly.
Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports for management.
Manage vehicle use, scheduling maintenance and inspections.
Manage and resolve logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
Other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
A Polytechnic Diploma or BA degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
Previous experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision is highly preferred.
Exceptional multitasking abilities with the skill to prioritize and manage time effectively.
A distinctive personality and a great sense of humor will be highly valued.
