Our client is seeking a Trainer to join their team!
This opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional who is passionate about training and development. You will be instrumental in shaping the skills and knowledge of our team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the company's goals.
Other Information:
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9am-6pm
Working Location: City Hall
Salary: $4,000-$4,300
Must have ACTA / ACLP certificate
14 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus
What you'll be doing?
Plan and conduct training: Develop and execute training programs on treatments, sales techniques, and more.
Engage with the team: Participate in outlet events, conduct talks, and serve as a career coach to trainees.
Manage training records: Maintain and update staff training records, conduct needs analysis, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Collaborate with others: Work with trainers, managers, and leadership to refine training materials and strategies.
Utilize resources: Leverage outside vendors and resources to enhance training programs.
Who are they looking for?
Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
Skills and abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.
Certification: ACTA/ACLP Certification is a must.
