Adecco is working with an international household brand that provides over 300 choices of sauces and condiments to over 100 countries and regions worldwide.
Job Description:
- Analyze category, shopper, and market data to identify growth opportunities within retail and foodservice channels.
- Support sales and distributors in annual business reviews, JBPs, and trade program planning.
- Develop and run trade campaigns and product launches (e.g., sampling, demos, and foodservice activations).
- Manage the brand's e-commerce store to ensure strong content, visibility, conversion, and promotion execution.
- Oversee POSM, merchandising materials, premiums, and in-store/foodservice visibility initiatives.
- Lead monthly Sales & Marketing planning, aligning trade activities with the Integrated Marketing Calendar.
- Monitor competitor promotions, pricing, and in-store/foodservice execution trends.
- Evaluate post-activation results, analysing performance and recommending improvements.
- Manage external agencies for display setups, sampling teams, and culinary demo partners.
- Support additional trade marketing projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG (preferably food categories).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in shopper insights or category analysis.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for store checks, distributor meetings, and ground activations when required.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on execution experience in retail and e-commerce environments.
Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 (depending on experience)
