AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Lens Trade Marketing Intern:
Role of intern in Lens Trade Marketing team would be to provide critical support to the marketing team in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance across Major lens Brands- Stellest , Varilux, Transitions, Kodak etc.

Product Launches : Support Asst. Marketing Managers in End-to-end co-ordination of Product launches. Including coordination of Vendors, monitor tasks are in progress with project timeline.

Assist with In-Store Branding Execution: -Provide brief to vendor and liaise with sales team and customer for installations required for in-store to drive brand visibility

Assist with Trade Marketing Activities Execution: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing activities. This includes but is not limited to campaigns, promotions, events, training for consumers and/or end consumers

Content creation: Help with creating content for social media, email newsletters, and monitor the timely circulation to customers.

Reporting and Tracking: Help to report and efficiently track the performance of campaigns and Promotions.

PO Management and Invoice: Support the Team in PO management, follow-up for invoices for timely payment for vendors.

Co-ordinate the deployment of POSM materials and Demo tools across different trade outlets.

Provide general administrative support to Marketing team as and when required.
Frames Marketing Intern:
1.Brand Visual Refresh – 200 Doors
-
6 times a year (PR x 2 times + Other Brands x 2 times + CH x 2 Times

Assist in compiling and updating visual refresh timelines across all brands.

Assist in follow up with the vendors and working with the respective sales rep on the approval with the stores
2. Share Of Space
-
Support coordination between the sales team and vendors to fulfil requests for brand skinning, or basic in-store branding tools
3. Store Distribution Updates – 240 Doors
-
Support on store distribution tracking and updating the TM own distribution file - this is for campaign execution
-
Updating the Regional TM distribution tracker base on invoiced 1 unit
-
Updating the TM Corporate distribution file base on invoiced 5 units
4. PO Creation support
-
Assist in creation of Purchase Order (PO)
-
Maintain the tracker of POs (raised, approved, invoiced, MIGO) to help the team to monitor budget utilization
5. GWP/ Event Door Gift Sourcing
-
Assist in comparing vendor quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness
-
Coordinate with suppliers on timelines, quantities, and delivery arrangements.
6.Social Media / Digital Support
-
Support with digital asset consolidation and sharing the assets to the sales reps and store staff.
7. Event Support
-
Provide support to pre-event logistics, on-site assistance, and post-event wrap-up.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel

Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills

Positive and proactive attitude

Familiar with MS office software packages

Familiar with design platforms like Canva etc..

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing is desirable
