+ Variable Commission for live streaming

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience in the Retail or FMCG sector
Comfortable with livestreaming or presenting on camera (preferred)
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and familiarity with retail operations
Working knowledge of creative design for POSM, EDMs, key visuals (CANVA, Adobe) will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade & Shopper Marketing Support
Assist in the development and execution of in-store, online, and in-store trade marketing campaigns.
Support the coordination and production of POSMs, trade collaterals, and merchandising guideline rollout.
Work closely with merchandising and retailers to ensure timely delivery of assets and execution.
Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking promotions across key retailers.
Support in preparing sell-out performance reviews, campaign deep-dives, and post-mortem analysis.
2. Events & Retail Activation Support
Coordinate manpower, logistics, and materials for roadshows, Atrium Fairs, and events.
Support setup, teardown, and on-site coordination when required.
3. Digital Trade Support
Assist with the execution of livestreaming initiatives, including:
Managing livestream schedules and alignment
Supporting official store livestream shows (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Present and demonstrate Philips products confidently on livestreams
Engage viewers, answer questions, and highlight key selling points to drive conversion.
Preparing livestream scripts, product talking points, and promotional highlights
Coordinating with livestream hosts, creators, or external partners
4. Reporting & Administrative Support
Prepare weekly sell out performance reports, merchandising dashboards, and sales trackers.
Support budget tracking, vendor invoicing, and PR/PO processing.
Assist with TSM calendar planning and internal coordination.
