Job Responsibilities :-
Prepare Annual Marketing Plans outlining sales objectives and trade marketing strategies for responsible key accounts.
Develop, plan and execute sales and trade marketing plans.
Responsible for establishing and developing marketing strategies to drive volume sales and improve profitability of Agency Lines.
Work with key retailers/e-commerce to ensure sales objectives are met within the agreed Promotion Budget.
Ensure speed to market for new products listings as well as distribution expansion.
Ability to manage both Principals and Retailers on the marketing and distribution of brands
Ability to manage the profitability of brands by monitoring and managing the investment and inventory well, in line with company’s guidelines
Work closely with demand planner to ensure healthy stock forecast and ensure sufficient stocks for selling.
Requirements, Knowledge and Experiences :-
Tertiary education in Sales or Marketing Related Discipline.
Good negotiation and presentation Skills.
Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
Min 3 Years of working experience in product management for personal care products / FMCG products.
Analytical and numerically inclined.
Outgoing personality with positive mindset.
