Trade Marketing Executive (Air Conditioning / Consumer Electronics) - AWS+Bonus

Summary

• Basic Salary: Up to $4,400

• AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand dealer and retail channel business to achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals

• Plan and execute sales and trade marketing strategies in line with company objectives

• Prepare sales performance, inventory, and business reports for management review

• Manage dealers’ inventory levels and drive sell-out activities to improve product movement

• Monitor promoters’ performance, deployment, attendance, and achievement of sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retail outlets, and business partners

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, training, and in-store marketing activities

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies

• Develop product positioning, marketing messaging, and promotional plans

• Handle sales and inventory control, purchase coordination, and operational support

• Manage customers’ AR/AP matters and ensure proper follow-up

• Support promoters’ leave arrangements and coordinate updates with HR department

• Prepare assigned monthly reports and support ad-hoc operational projects

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, retail sales, dealer management, or channel sales

• Candidates from consumer electronics, air conditioning, home appliances, or retail industries are preferred

• Experience handling retail outlets, promoters, and dealer networks will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
